Bonus Terms
6.    The Bingo Bonus is available to wager on bingo only, except on Best of Odds Bingo, Emoji Bingo, Deal or No Deal 75 & Deal or No Deal 90 and it is subject to 15 times wagering requirement on bingo before winnings are withdrawable. E.g. for a £20 bingo bonus won, you will need to spend a minimum of £300 in bingo before winnings are withdrawable.
7.    Bonus and slot Spins need to be claimed within 7 days from the moment they are available.
8.    Once claimed, customers have 30 days from the date the Bonus and slot Spins wins are added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
9.    When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances.
10.    You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements, and any un-played free spins will be forfeited. Spins Terms
14.    Spins will be credited automatically to your account. However, in some very rare cases the automated crediting of prizes may be delayed upon qualification. Therefore, prize may be credited on the next working day.
15.    Spins winnings carry 15 times Wagering requirement.
16.    If any winnings are generated from the Free Spins, maximum winnings that can be converted to cash is £500.

20.    If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance. 26. If, following review of your documents it is identified that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and we will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
27. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
28. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
29. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
30. We will remove any bonus and associated winningsfrom a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
31. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
32. We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
33. We will also remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating other prohibited practices be identified. This includes using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; and colluding with other players.
34. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
