Since the time she got engaged with Prince William, Kate has been seen wearing dresses from numerous fashion labels. These include Alexander McQueen, Jenny Packham, Temperley London, Erdem, LK Bennett, Splash, Beulah London, Emilia Wickstead, Goat Fashion, Catherine Walker and many more.
The Duchess has worn several dresses from the house of McQueen, and one of the most known one is her bridal gown she wore at her wedding in 2011. This dress was designed by Sarah Burton, the creative director and designer of this luxury brand.
Other notable dresses from this fashion house are purple gown worn during the BAFTA dinner in the same year and the red wool crepe dress that we saw her wearing during the Jubilee River Pageant. She has also worn McQueen pieces for award ceremonies, during an official visit to South Australia, and for the christening of Prince George in October 2013.
Jenny Packham is quite a favourite of the Duchess. This British label is behind various dresses worn by Kate, such as for the Queen’s 60th Coronation anniversary, the Team Great Britain pre-Olympic Gala, and the ARC dinner.
Alice Temperley founded the British fashion house called Temperley London in 2000, and we have since seen the Duchess in numerous styles by this celebrity designer. Kate wore the famous Templeton dress to the official event of the 2013 SportsBall. Other styles from this designer were noticed during evens such as Reception of Team Great Britain at Buckingham Palace, and for a tennis match at Wimbledon.
The Duchess was seen wearing a Miss Emilia Wickstead during various events such as a Buckingham Palace garden party and the Order of the Thistle functions. Quite a few of her guests wore beautiful pieces from Emilia Wickstead on her wedding day.
Many consider that the Duchess looks better than most models. Her figure is simply perfect that whatever she wears look great and chic on her.
