Withdrawing your winnings
- Most withdrawals are processed instantly and will be paid into your bank within 15 minutes.
- All major banks and PayPal are now enabled with Fast Withdrawals.
- Withdrawals to Visa and Mastercards not enabled with Fast Withdrawals will take 1-3 working days to reach you.
Please note:
- When using a Debit Card or any other payment method, you must ensure the name on the payment method is the same as the name registered to your Lucky Pants Bingo account. We are entitled to assume that you are using your own funds and we accept no liability where that is not the case.
- You will usually only be able to withdraw your winnings via the same payment method that you deposited with. If there is more than one payment method registered on your account, withdrawal requests will be processed to the refundable method with the highest exposure.
- Exposure means the total value of deposits minus total withdrawals made on any method.
- If you have deposited via a non-refundable payment method, you may be subject to higher level of reviews to confirm your identity before withdrawal to a different payment method is approved.
- Transactions will show as Lucky Pants (“LUCKYPANTS”) on your payment method statement, sometimes this may show as Rank Interactive (“RANK INTERACTIVE”).
- It’s your responsibility to inform us if one of the payment methods registered on your account is lost, cancelled or stolen; you may be asked to provide proof.
